I mashed the click about 50-70 times and eventually the installer began working again, after cycling through the 50-70 different file locations (all displaying the same error message as stated in OP, but file locations varying).

at this point I just began clicking the 'ignore option' a bunch out of frustration and noticed that with each click, a new file location appeared on the installer. It found a bunch of files that had 'problems' and fixed them. I then clicked the 'verify files' option on Uplay after the failed install. I watched it go to 100% when I first downloaded it). Uplay said I had only downloaded 70-something percent of it (somehow. So, I decided to try downloading it again (the game itself). The problems continue, even deeper than I first thought.

What is up with the download in the end?!.

WHY is there no launch options for like commandolines or alike? EVEN ORIGIN has this?.

WHY the **** can I not change the temporary download location?!.

WHY the **** am I not allowed to re-verify the installer via a button.

This left the installer corrupted apparently, so it had to verify the files and found a couple of files that needed re-downloading.ДЄnd the same thing happens, THE PIECE of **** application Uplay stops downloading like normal and starts jump downloading which takes ****-long time.ДЄnd this is basically how it works under the hood. A restart again managed to download the game 100% After a restart of Uplay it started for a while downloading like normal for a short couple of seconds.

Second the software stopped downloading towards 90% and just continued jumping with download rate and EST. My story is as follows, Bought Splinter Cell Blacklist today, retail (regret that now), so now during 4 hours ive been trying to download the game via Uplay.ДЇirst having problem with WERE everything is downloaded, I had to re-install whole Uplay application inorder to change download location.

This is the first time ive been forced against my will to Uplay, which I DO NO LIKE or approve.
